Lab Final Exam

Lab Final Exam

  • The lab final exam is before the final period, usually just after all experiments performed. Check the lab schedule each semester.

  • Graded Exam Papers are shown to students ONCE on the announced date/time and place. No exam key is posted, but you may see the correct answers when you come to see your papers on that day.
  • After that day, all Lab grades are announced and finalized. Check your lab grades after you see your papers and inform us as soon as possible if there exists any mistake.
  • Any objection after that day will not be considered, as your papers would be archived, and your lab grades would be sent to main course instructors.
  • The exam is generally problem based, related to the experiment topics. Some questions may require data taking, processing, plotting in the same way that you fill in lab reports in labs. Units, significant figures etc. are important.
  • Since this is a lab exam, the correct construction of the solution does not give you full credit. You need to follow the principles for preparing lab reports.
  • There may be theoretical questions as well.
