Excuses require make up

Valid excuses for which MAKE UP must be given:

• A paper given by the university showing that you are charged for some duty.

• Any appointment from a state department: Consulate/Police/Court etc.

• A paper from the Professor that you have an exam of another course at the same hour

In these cases, you have to send an e-mail to physlab (physlab@boun.edu.tr) as soon as possible. You must inform us at least before that week. Late informing will not be accepted.

You can make up the missed experiment only in the same experiment period (generally the same week) with this excuse.

Duties spanning more than one week are considered seperately.
