Lab Registration - Sections
Effective from Spring 2025 semester

Lab registration will no longer be required (except summer semester). Lab sections will be assigned automatically (after add/drop period) by the system based on the courses students are enrolled in, in the registration system.

Lab sections will be announced on lab website after the add/drop period. An objection day will be scheduled for extracurricular conflicts and courses not appearing in the registration system. Objections shall be submitted on the designated day with supporting documents.

Extracurricular activities will only be considered on the objection day only if they are supported by an official document and within the available capacity. Personal engagements will not be taken into account, as courses and labs are the top priority for students.

Objections submitted outside the designated objection day and time will not be accepted. Objections must be made on the objection day in person at KB410. Online objections (e-mails etc.) will not be accepted.

Section changes will be announced on the website after the objection day. No further objections will be accepted after this announcement, and the sections will be finalized. Once the sections are finalized, no changes will be made except in cases of force majeure.
