Student ID Changes & Grade Transfer

Notice for Students Whose Student ID Has Changed

Please check your repeat grade HERE!. If your student ID has changed, verify that your previous lab grade has been transferred to your new ID number on the list.

If your grade does not appear, please contact us immediately at physlab@bogazici.edu.tr with the following details:

• Full name (Name & Surname)

• Old student ID number

• New student ID number

• Reason for the change

Each time you retake a PHYS course that includes a PHYL lab component, you must notify us of this ID change via email at the beginning of the semester.

Common reasons for ID changes include:

• Department transfer / change of major

• Readmission through university amnesty ("AF")
