How to send an e-mail

You can send an e-mail to lab coordinators via physlab@bogazici.edu.tr ONLY IF you cannot find an answer to your question in Lab Rules and Faq menus on PHYS LAB Website. 

Otherwise your e-mail might not get an answer. 

If you think you have a special case, then you should specify the follwing info about yourself in your e-mail:

• Your full name (name & surname)
• Your student number (if changed before, send both numbers, specify which one is new)
• The PHYL course you are writing for
• Your department
• Your Lab Seciton
• Any info about the case you are writing for

The title of the e-mail should include the PHYL course you are writng for.

Try to write briefly, writing longer decreases the possibility to get a positive answer to your demand!

Only supply required and important info. You should not tell us your Life-story, or private life, but the relevant fact about your case. 

Please be kind, be aware of the rules to write a formal petition. We are not your "Kanka"s but your Hoca's.

Though, clever jokes and humor is welcomed within the frontiers of mutual respect.
